2004 MasterCraft European Wakeboard Masters
in the following way:
PLEASE NOTE:
A total prize purse of $20,000 dollars
is up for grabs at this all action one day event being staged in one of
the world's premier locations.
Entry is open to all Pro Men and Pro Women Riders on a STRICKTLY
first come first served basis.
There will be NO 'Open Men' division at this event
ENTRIES MUST BE IN

* There will not be
an 'on site' registration facility available at this event

1) State that you are entering the MasterCraft European
Wakeboard Masters, we do have other events running through the summer
and this helps eliminate any confusion.
2) Full Name
3) Date of Birth
4) Nationality
5) Division: Pro Men / Pro Women
6) Credit Card details if you wish to pay via credit card (Type of card,
Card number, Name as it appears on card, Expiry Date)
* NOTE: All credit card payments received two
weeks prior to the event will be eligable for a 10% discount.
* NOTE: You can register in
advance as above and pay on site, but this will not make you eligible
for the 10% discount offer.
