Major Move of London International Boat Show to Excel, coincides and marks major move witin the MasterCraft Line-Up
MasterCraft have again raised the standard with the introduction of the largest, most versatile, luxury inboard on the market, the all new MariStar 280 VLD and the Worlds largest Wakeboard Boat, the X-80. At 28ft in length, the MariStar 280 VLD and X-80 combine high performance, exclusive styling and unparalleled quality that is synonymous with the MasterCraft name. Keeping the MariStar 280's company at Excel but certainly not in its shadow will be the awesome ground breaking X-Star, voted 'The 2003 Wakeboard Boat Of The Year'. While the shape and size of the wake are paramount to riders, the 2004 X-Star moves wakeboard boats into a new dimension. The X-Star has a liner ballast system as opposed to conventional storage compartment ballast tanks. Three tanks are located beneath the floor. Topped off, the X-Star can hold 1000 lbs of water weight and 500 lbs of octane, transforming beginner wakes into Grade-A tsunamis at the push of a button, all that with dramatic changes in the boat's hull design including four terraced chines on the X-Star's AP-1 (Anything's Possible) hull chisel and shape the wake to perfection.
